Our PITO™ roof safety system products are always attached to a load-bearing structure. We want to be sure that the fastening and strength of our products will meet our requirements even after years and decades.

In addition to the traditional roof anchor posts installed in the load-bearing structure of the roof, our range also includes roof anchor posts and anchor points with a lighter fastening solution, which are suitable for installation in, for example, plywood or boarding, the counterweight anchor post is suitable for installation on a finished roof.

According to the regulation, all sites requiring maintenance, inspections or upkeep of the building must have safe and easy uninterrupted access. A viable solution for the implementation of fall protection is to place the roof anchor posts to rotate the roof according to the eaves, or on a narrow rectangular roof, the anchor posts can be placed in a row in the middle of the roof.

As part of the lifeline system, the distance between the PITO™ roof anchor posts must not exceed 15 m, recommended 10-12 m, as individual attachment points 7.5 m. This allows you to calculate the number of roof anchor posts required. Remember to place roof anchor posts on all roof levels.

(On sloping roofs) The recommended distance of the PITO™ roof anchor post to the free edge is at least 2.5 m, so that the area of risk of falling remains as small as possible. Yes, it is possible to paint PITO™ roof anchor posts through us. The roof anchor posts can be supplied painted in RAL or RR colours.
