Press braking and metal forming

Press braking and deep drawing enable the production of sheet metal products of various shapes from a variety of materials and material thicknesses. Our services include the manufacture of tubular, cone and semi-circular pieces and enclosures.

Our press braking meets the requirements of EN 1090-2, which guarantees the quality of manufacturing up to the EXC4 execution class, enabling deliveries to even the most demanding projects and demonstrating the high level of conformity and quality control of our products.

Peltitarvike press braking

Press braking allows metal to be bent into precise, dimensionally shaped pieces without welding or joints. The press braking process is based on bending the sheet to the desired angle or shape using a press brake and tools. Press braking is suitable for a wide range of metals, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper.

Deep drawing is a precise metal forming method used to shape sheet metals into deep and seamless pieces. In the process, the metal sheet is pressed between the mould and the die, after which the sheet is drawn into the mould cavity using a forming tool. Deep drawing is well suited for easily formable metals, such as stainless steel, aluminium and copper.
