Primat 250 bitumen boiler

Equipped with automatic burner control, the Grün Primat 250 is an LPG-powered bitumen boiler with a wind-protected row burner. The inner basin of the boiler is replaceable. Includes a 5 m hose with a 1.5 bar pressure regulator, a protective arc and a slag shovel.

The bitumen boiler, equipped with a mixer and thermostat, keeps the bitumen at a constant temperature during the use of the boiler and prevents the bitumen from overheating.

Maintenance and spare parts

We recommend that Grün bitumen boiler burners and burner automations are maintained annually. Regular maintenance ensures the longest possible service life for the boiler and ensures the functionality and safe use of the device. 

During the annual maintenance, we carefully inspect the burner and automation. We check the condition of all parts and replace them as necessary. Normally, the pilot burner nozzle, temperature sensor and main filter are replaced during maintenance. If we find that the boiler needs more extensive maintenance, we will contact the customer before starting the repair.

Flexibility in equipment purchases?

It is now possible to purchase bitumen boilers with fixed monthly financing for a rental period of up to 48 months. At the end of the rental period, the machine can be redeemed for the price corresponding to 1 month's instalment.
